23 May 2015 my friend had an accident and his leg is fractured. doctor clearly said that 4 to 5 months he should not move. doctor also give medical certificate. in such matter he filled form 120 and gave to institute and want transfer from ca. ca denied to sign in transfer form. what should he do

24 May 2015 Form 120 is not used for transfers. It is used only for completion of articleship. and Institute doesn't intervene in transfer matters. You need to convince the CA only.
