Form 112......urgent query

27 April 2014 sir i have recently registered for article ship but i was not able to file form 112 due to unavoidable conditions... it's been a month since it joined articleship.... can i file form 112 now. i am doing degree 2nd year in a open university... is it necessary to fill the form

27 April 2014 yes it is compulsory to submit Form 112. You need to submit the same now along with condonation request and applicable fees (Rs 100 as of now) it will increase further if you delay the submission by more than 30 days from the end of one month from date of registration of articleship.
