i receved letter from institute for send a request for condonation for the
delay along with my employers comments.I have no Idea what to reply plz help me
guyz.. if any one hav doc. file plz mail me on amangl259@gmail.com thanks :)

14 July 2013 1)you should intimate to icai regarding pursuing of additional course with in 30 days from the date of joining of course..you may failed to do so you got letter

so you may do as below

(i)Send a covering letter to icai requesting to condone the delay providing reason for not intimating to icai

(ii)pay con-donation fee if any asked by icai in letter you have received

(iii)take your boss comments in his letter head saying that you have attended to articleship as per icai rules

send reply to icai asap

Well I had also undergone with your situation for failure to submit form 108 withing prescribed time period. On that time I had requested to my CA to write/sign over condo nation letter for delay in submission & other details like attendance records, stipend payment proof etc. asked by institute.
