i am ca final student and registered for cs executive last year and in june 11 i cleared both modules
but forgot to file form 112 with institute
wether i can file form 112 now with a fine ??
and also let me knw the format of condonation letter

04 September 2011 Yes, u can i think there is no any condonation letter format just know send u r form 112 icai may impose penalty Rs.1000 then u take dd and sent it referring the letter from icai. My co-article student not send form 112 for 2 years the institute imposed Rs.1000 penalty for delay.
