I am pursuing bcom along with CA and my college has refused to sign my form 112. what could be the consequence !

Form 112 is mandatory to sign by the college authority(principal), in page 2. U must get the principal understand regarding that, and ask him that u will surely attend the classes as required. And there will not b an issue in attendence due to Articles.
