I'm doing b.com final year correspondence so can u tell me in which para i've to fill in the form??
i'm filling oly details of other course of study & recommendation of employer??
is it ok or i've to fill anything else?

u mean i don have to fill any of dos certificate column in The form??

you need to provide atleast some document as an evidence that you are pursuing correspondence course. it can be copy of admission letter or fee receipt or prospectus etc

you need to the following:
1. on Page one, in point 7 (a) select "No",
in Point 7(c) "correspondence Course"
2. page 2 certificate from college not to be filled
then any document which gives evidence of the course being a correspondence course needs to be attached.
