11 February 2014 form 112 is used to apply for ICAI permission for pursuing another course during articleship period.

so you need to fill it when you want to pursue additional course during articleship period..

14 February 2014 not only other course but also if u are indulging in any other activities like business etc while ur articleship is ongoing then form 112 is to be filled up.
