sir m doing CS also but did not filled form112 in articleship form. m taking transfer in dec. so can i fill form112 in dec???

As per Regulation 65 a student who are doing other course with articleship is required to submit Form-112 with Institute as soon as possible.
I will suggest you to submit Form-112 before taking transfer.

yes, you submit form 112 along with form 103 which you will send for re-registration of articleship.
