Who is the responsible for online Submission of Form 10E either Employee or Employer ?

i disagree with Mr. Warrier. the employee has to submit 10e to employer and the "employer " has to file it online. kindly visit the income tax website to know further details.

Dear Sir,
with all due respect and no disrespect to your professional opinion, what your saying is true. the employee has to submit form 10E to the employer. however the question related to online submission and in this regard i wish to say that w.E.f. 01.10.2015 online submission is made mandatory for filing of Form 10E.
The same is to be uploaded by the deductor via his account on www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in
for further information I'd suggest everyone to go through the help PDF which is available on the said website.
