RESPECTED SIR/MAM
I HAVE GONE IN MY ARTICLESHIP ONLY FOR 2 DAYS, BUT IN FORM 109 (TRANSFER FOR ARTICLESHP), IT IS MENDATORY TO SHOW WORK IN WEEKS, BUT MY PRINCIPAL IS NOT READY TO SHOW ME EVEN 1 WEEK REGULAR & SAYING TO SHOW ME REGULAR ONLY FOR 2 DAYS I GONE. WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW, & IF HE SHOW ME FOR 20-25 DAYS ABSENT(LEAVE), WILL IT AFFECT MY ARTICLESHIP OR CREATE ANY PROBLEM IN FUTURE?? PLZ HELP, ITS VERY URGENT...

it will be okay it is treated as leave availed which will be disclosed in form 109

say 01/01/2013 to 31/01/2013

if you have to disclose no of leaves taken in this period

do in fractions what else you can or other wise write one.

yes in my opinion icai may ask you why you have registered for articleship when you have an intention of taking transfer and what is the reason for taking transfer for just 2 days worked in form
