i am article in a ca partnership firm,
i want to know any one of them (partner) can sign form 108.
or
partner who signed the form of 102 & 103 is entitled to sign
i want to know any one of them (partner) can sign form 108.
or
partner who signed the form of 102 & 103 is entitled to sign
25 July 2015
only that ca under whom ur registered should sign form 108 and not his partner.
