Whose signatures are required in form 107??
Since there are 3 boxes for signing of employer,seal and witness..Pls reply fast..

1st signature is of your employer CA.
2nd signature is if your employer CA is an employee of a CA / CA firm
3rd signature is yourself.
2nd signature is if your employer CA is an employee of a CA / CA firm
3rd signature is yourself.

An article clerk has to sign on page 2 and page 5 in the boxes provided for the purpose in Form 109.
