Dear Experts,
Is it true that form 102 is not necessary for commencing articleship & also it is not necessary to send to the institute if your employer agree on the same.
Also i want to know why form 102 is required in articleship.

Not at all. It is essential and necessary proof of commencement of your articleship. Kindly don't waste time on such things and get yourself properly registered.

It is basically a legal deed between the principle and article and it is an agreement between the 2 that article will be serving the term of his training under him and it is also signed by 2 witnesses and shall be an evidence under indian evidence act in case of any dispute.
