i have not executed form 102 on stamp paper. will there be any problem?

Execute Deed of Articles in Form 102 by affixing 'Special Adhesive Stamp' thereon or on a non-judicial stamp paper of the value as per rate in force in the City / State. Fill up all details in Form 103 as required, sign it, obtain counter signature of the Principal.

If it is not on stamp paper then affix Special Adhesive Stamp thereon.

17 October 2013 1)It is not required to send to icai for registration of articles

2)it is an agreement between you and your boss saying that you agreed to work with him for 3 years
.
.
so it is just a contract between you and your employer,,so it can be ignored if your boss ready to sign when ever needed
.
.
i recommend you to take his signature,,why to left that...and later you can affix on e-stamp paper or can affix stamps
