06 October 2023 A trust filed form 10A on 27/10/2021.
Form 10 AC issued by cit exemptions.
Subsequently the trust filed form 10 AB on 27/03/2023. But cit exemptions rejected it. What is the procedure to be followed noe. Can the experts throw some light on this issue please

13 October 2023 Sir, Form 10AB filed for the asst year 22-23 but rejrected. You opined that it can be refiled. But a new form 10AB can be applied only for the asst year 2024-25. Can i proceed and file Form 10AB for asst year 2024-25. On the other hand can an appeal an be filed before the CIT appeals? Sine the rejection is by CIT exemption, should the appeal be filed before ITAT. Kindly clarify sir.
