Kindly advice us. Agoda and Expedia are Foreign Travel agents based at Singapore and Geneva giving room booking for which we are paying commission with GST. Party is not sending bill for his commission and also not remitting GST. What to do

GST not applicable on their services as it's intermediary services provided outside India not taxable in India. No need for you to pay GST.
