Forgot to consider advance tax in return of income

I want to no whether application can be filled u/s 154 for rectification of mistake if an assessee forgets to consider advance tax under his return of income and by the mean while assessment order has been processed and refund has been received by the assessee.

include the advance tax .

if not cosider the above advance tax
then file rectification of error

18 June 2013 advance tax has not been considered by even income tax department.

If i file rectification then is it possible that full assessment will be opened again.
