1.We are exporting services to U.S and raising the invoice in usd...kindly tell from where to take foreign exchange rate in case of export of service.

I am not able to see all the back dates' forex card rates...for example my invoice relates to 31.12.2022. So I will book and see the forex rates of that date only...But link is only giving present rate not past archives.
