one of our foreign vendors want to file form 10F but they could not register in income tax without PAN. OTP is getting delivered to email but not on mobile no and both OTP is required for registration.
what is the solution ? is there any helpline number or email id where we can get prompt response.

Reach out to the Income Tax e-filing helpdesk at efilinghelpdesk@incometaxindia.gov.in. Alternatively, use a temporary Indian mobile number for registration.
