Pls tell me the formalities/ procedure to be done in FEMA, RBI, Companies Act with regard to wholly owned foreign subsidiary and indian holding company.
Its urgent.

24 November 2010 For setting up a wholly owned subco outside India you need to see the Outbonud Investment guildlines issued by RBI in details. No formality under Companies Act.

25 November 2010 No sir, its not abt setting up.
Both companies are already in existence. I jst want to knw wat r the forms, etc. to be filed in different deptts. for foreign Wholly owned subsidiary, like formalities under FEMA, RBI n Companies Act, etc.
Both companies r unlisted pvt. cos.
