Two foreign nationals along with a resident person can incorporate a private limited company in India ?
On submission which forms need to file with ROC.? Is it possible through normal Spice form ?

1 Yes private company may be incorporated.
2 Normal SPICE form can be used.

one more doubt .. In normal spice from validation is based on PAN or Passport. As the foreigner not holding PAN and indian passport what we have to enter there. ? Entering Foreign passport number should validate spice form ?
