Foreign bank details in itr

12 July 2019 Dear Sir,

ITR-2 for AY 2019-20 for Non-Resident.

Foreign Bank Accounts mandatory in ITR or not?
There are Two column for bank account in India( Refund account & other Bank Account)
No column for outside India Bank Account.
Foreign Bank Account details are mandatory or not.

Please suggest your valuable response in above query.
