05 May 2014 sir i have my own business (retail shop)
i never pay income tax, i am not register in vat also.
my shop daily transaction is on cash basis which is in small amount and for that we cant raise bill for same.
for loan purpose i want itr return.
my query is that i require to register with vat or not my total income for 1 year is 6 lakh.

05 May 2014 If ur income is 6 lakhs then u must register for VAT. First need to kno the product which u sell is applicable to VAT or not? And also say for which state u r asking?

05 May 2014 i am selling all general store items which day to day items.
items like food items, food grains,etc in village aria.
i am from state rajasthan, district dungarpur
