payment will be received in future after 22/01/2010
what should be the rate of S.Tax

23 January 2010 When was the audit actually conducted? Service tax on auditing by CAs was exempted upto 01.03.2006.

If the audit was conducted after the cutoff date,the effective rate will be the rate prevalent at the time of provision of service.
