what should i have to do to revised a return,when i dont have a receipt number?

In ITR you are required to fill the Ack No of original return to make revise return.
Receipt no is diff from Ack No.
When ITR V is received at CPC they send "ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT OF ITR-V" which contains receipt no.
