Can Pvt Ltd Co. Remove Auditor on AGM without adopting audited financial statement? Kindly suggest the procedure or Any alternate option?

It is advisable to initiate removal procedure after adoption of financial statements.
Further as per my opinion if you want to remove auditor remove him earlier and in the AGM appoint new director for FY 2015-16.
