Dear Sir
I want taking transfer during the first year of the articleship. But My principal refuses to sign, what can I do?
Can I get New Articleship in New Firm again.

Hi
You are required to get the consent of the Institute before getting Form 109 signed by the Principal in their own interest.Request for transfer not accompanied by consent of Principal shall not be accepted.
In case of dispute between principal and articled assistant, the matter be settled amicably among the articled assistant and the principal concerned and the Institute shall not interfere in such cases.

Dear Sir
I have submmited form 103.but not paid fees Rs 2000.ICAI sent me notic only for fees.and told me by phon (mobile) that I am not registered for Articleship due to pending fees and I want to take articleship another firm.
But If I take articleship from back date (old date).can previous Principle create problem ?
