for law , imp topics are directors, SCRA act, banking act, FEMA act,.SEBI and Competition Act. On last day i wouid suggest to go through handbook of munish bhandari.
Costing And FM are unpredicable. Anything can be asked. Still in FM CAPITAL BUDGETING, FOREX AND DERIVATIVE ARE IMP.
FOR INCOME TAX ACT GIVE ASSESSMENT PROCEDURE, TRANSFER PRICING, PARTNESHIP TAXATION, COMPANY TAXATION, TRUST ARE IMP. ONE SUM WILL BE ASKED IN WHICH ALL THE HEADS MAY BE COVERED.
MOREVER AMENDMENTS ARE ALWAYS IMPORTANT.
