13 June 2015 please guide my name approval application is going to expire on 16th kindly let me know how to extend the validity period for another 30 days please reply its very necessary

13 June 2015 The approved name is valid for a period of 60 days from the date of filing of Form INC-1..If,the proposed company is not incorporated within such period, the name shall be lapsed and will be available for other applicants. Please note that there shall not be any provision for renewal of the name.

registration office address is only problem all d document of inc7 is ready can i file the inc7 form alone den auotomatically get the extention of 30 days would there be any issue??

13 June 2015 You have to file inc7 with attachments along with fees,
Give the address of the person responsible for incorporating the company as correspondence address.

13 June 2015 then there will be no issue if i am filling inc7 alone and hence i will get time limit of 30 days for filling rest of the form ???(please answer this query )

and for correspondence address may i give my own residence address as correspondence address

13 June 2015 In case the address for correspondence is not the address of the registered office of the Company, user is required to file INC-22 within 30 days of its incorporation.
Other forms are required to be filed along with INC7 as per requirement.
You can give your residence address as correspondence address.
