03 September 2017 I read about gst that every trader need gst number either 20lakh below .its true or not pm told all the officer that below 20lakh also need gst. Wat abput this

03 September 2017 GST will apply when turnover of the business exceeds Rs 20 lakhs (Limit is Rs 10 lakhs for the North Eastern States).

But this limit is applicable when the supply is within same state. In case of Inter State supply this limit will winn not be applicable.

03 September 2017 Yes, You can Purchase from interstate suppliers but you can't sale in interstate as unregistered dealer.

03 September 2017 Yes. You can purchase from interstate but when you sale interstate you need to take registration and apply GST.
