I'HAVE STOP OPERATING MY BUSINESS 2 YEARS BEFORE , BUT NOW AGAIN I HAVE STARTED NEW BUSINESS AND I WANT THAT VAT NUMBER AGAIN FOR MY NEW BUSINESS I HAVE NOT FILLED RETURN FROM LAST 2 YEAR AND ALSO NAME AND COMMODITY OF OPERATION OF BUSINESS HAS BEEN CHANGED
SO PLEASE SUGGEST ME HOW CAN I CHANGE NAME COMMODITY AND SO ON

Mr Pandey, By filing necessary applications on plain paper,with proof,such as rental agreement etc, you can always change your business address and the goods dealt by you. The registering authority will accept the changes and amend the registration certificate after verifying and satisfying himself with it. Regarding non filing of returns for the last two years,you have to convince the department with your accounts etc as having done no business.Otherwise the original registration is likely to be cancelled automatically,as per rules....MJK
