02 October 2013 Generally when there is change in study material, such changes applicable in next Examination term..
Any change must be done by ICAI at least before 5-6 months before of exams..

Generally the new study modules is available for student as and when it applicable for upcoming exam.

So, the study module available on website has given the applicability of such module. If it is silent then it becomes applicable on coming exam.

However, check with the RTPS too whether the part added in the new study mat will constitute for Nov,2013 or not..
