a Private Ltd company which 5 year audit is due, so now he want update books and done the audit is that possible or not , and what is the approx amount of penalty & late fine
please help

the notice for penalty will be issue by the department... subject to limit..... 1.5 lk per year and 0.5% of t.o. whichever is lower.
