22 May 2023 Hi sir i have completed my articleship for 1 year and 1 month till feb 2023 and i got a medical issues in my personal life so ill take leave for 3 months march to may and now my principal said file 109 . and i have medical certificate for my leave ..so now can i apply for termination ..and can re register my articles with any other principals......

Articleship Transfer Norms in the 2nd & 3rd Year
In the 2nd and the 3rd year of training, Articleship Transfer only under the following specified circumstances:-

Medical grounds requiring discontinuance of articles for a minimum period of three months (on production of a Medical Certificate issued by a Government Hospital).
