Respected Sir
I wanna to apply for new pan online but while applying pan there is new features DSC.
How can apply pan now.
Plse tell me.
And how can I get DSC and what is the full precedure and fees.
If I got DSC then I can apply pan for other people's.

A pan can be applied for self are by a representative.
Submission PAN application documents can be in three ways as below:
1. Forward application documents physically;
2. Submit digitally through digital signature (if you have one or if you are director of a company); and
3. Submit digitally through e-Sign if you are holding Adhar and if name and date of birth are matching as per Adhar with your application details.
There is no need to get DSC for this purpose. You cannot sign with DSC for others' application unless you are a representative assessee or director or partner etc.
