Hello,
1 of client want to float a company in india with both non resident directors. I guess it is allowed but since we are receiving share application money from abroad what registration to be applied for this.

You need to check whether the sector in which your company shall operate is permitted under the FDI route.
Also the other formalities under FEMA and companies Act also need to complied therein.
