Yes, investment in FD to be made for a period of 5 years u/s 80C

All investment in FDs not eligble for deduction u/s 80C....only specified bank's FDs are eligible for deuction u/s 80C with lock in period of 5 years as said by Ms Neha. for e.g Fixed deposit in SBI
