land is not a fixed assets but many ca take it on the fixed assets where should I take it on the balance sheet

Land very much form part of the fixed asset block - though no depreciation is applied to it.

Land is a fixed asset, however its life isn't certain and treated as Non-Depreciate Fixed asset...
That's why No depreciation is charged on Land..
