Is there any report format of phy. verification of fixed assets.

1)stock found in excess of book stock
2)stock found less than book stock
3)phsyical stock found but not available in book stock
4)book stock available but not available at the time of phsyical verification
just maintain a remarks coloumn and give remarks column and make a remark if it is not good condition or if it is obselete or if it is not kept safely as it requires

Take a sample of GRNS and findout whether any cases available where there is a more delay for preparation of GRN
