When Company Obtained Loan from Bank, & Created Charge Against Its Against. Who will file form 8, bank or company. can bank file form8. then company will not need to file form 8.??

1)Company will file Form 8 in prescribed time limit. 2)Bank can also file and company will reimburse payment to the bank. 3)If Bank files Form 8 then Company need not to file.
