nill pls give me suggestion

form use Itr 1 Itr 2 ITR v Itr sugam

16 May 2012 It depends upon the nature of income you earn in respect of whom you want to file an income tax return.
If you are a salaried person and earn only such income then you can file ITR 1 and if you earn income from house property as well then you can file ITR 2.

16 May 2012 Mention for whom you r filing , the income which are there in the concerned person,whether salaried, PGBP, IOS, Income from House property etc

16 May 2012 If you are filing Nil Income tax return, then there is no need to file.

If you have income from salary only, then ITR-1

If you have income from salary plus other income, then ITR-2

If you have business income under the scope of 44AD, i.e. presumptive taxation, then ITR-4S, i.e. Sugam.

I am agree with All above experts in addition to that
ITR-4 Is for Business income (Other than Presumptive Income
And also there is other type of return for that you have to visit incometaxefilling.gov.in
