dear experts,
my T.O has crossed 60 lakhs this year for the first time. will TDS provisions be applicable for me ? as this is the first time, i didn't deduct TDS for anybody.
pls guide.

Ok. Your Liability to deduct TDS on certain payments will arise from the subsequent FY.
So from next year , you have to deduct TDS.
