A trader purchases excised paid goods from the manufacturers and futher sale to others without any further processing. he increases the rate and charge enhanced excise duty.
can he raise cenvatable invoice???
what are the requirements he have to follow as per excise laws??

I don't think that the first statge Dealer registered can charge MORE DUTY THAN THE cherged originally by the manufacturer. he can pass on the CENVAT DUTY to the extent of duty mentioned in his cenvatable bill.

I agree with Mr. Sameer.
Irrespective of sale price, registred dealer can only pass the cenvat duty charged by mfr.
