In case when an auditor is appointed in First AGM & not before that, then what should be the date of signing bal sdheet, p&L and auditors report. For eg Our AGM is on 27.09.2010.

A company without the appointment of first auditor is not possible and a clear cut violation of section 224(5). First auditor should be appointed by board within 1 months of incorporation of co.
And if board fails than need to appoint in General Meeting.
Kindly refer section 224(5).
Keeping in view the provisions of section 171 (21 days notice) fix a board meeting dated september 03, 2010. In this BM adopt annual accounts along with notice of AGM. This date should be treated as signing date for all purposes.
