Within what period an auditor should be appointed by a pvt co after its incorporation.

First auditor need to be appointed within one month from the date of Incorp by the Board of Director. (Sec 224(5))
And if board fails than need to appoint in Genenral Meeting.
And if board fails than need to appoint in Genenral Meeting.

The first auditors of the Company are appointed by the Board of Directors within one month from the date of incorporation of a company

For removal of further doubts let me tell you that there is no need to inform ROC regarding the appointment of first auditor through filing of form 23B.
