19 April 2011 Hi,
1) I want to filed 1 appeal against ex party order u/s 144 of income tax act.
matter:-
1) we are not follow to Income Tax officer due to my father was not well from last year and he is in village and i also shifted to village from last 2 year

kindly advice with proper grounds with format which help me to filed appeal

19 April 2011 Appeal can be filed under section 246A(1)(a) of the IT Act,1961. Appeal should be filed in Form 35 of the IT Rules,1961. Appeal fee to government has to be paid according to the amount of the assessed income.
