09 October 2014 A private limited co incorporated on 27/12/2013 under co. act 1956. what will be the due date for holding of First AGM. will it be governed by co. act 1956 provisions? or 2013 act provisions??

09 October 2014 Your first financial year would be from Dec 2013 to march 2014. Now your case will be governed by section 96 of companies act 2013 and u have to hold ur AGM up to Dec 31, 2014.

You are advised to go through section 96 once.

Revert if there is any doubt.
