Our date of incorporation is 12th August 2012. By What time, we should have
conducted the first AGM and what are the due dates to file ROC returns.

2)due date for first agm 31.12.2013
3)balance sheet and p&l(23AC,23ACA)required to file with in 30 days of agm

Annual return required to file with in 60 days of agm
