Hello,
I have cleared final exams . now I want to start practice. my nick name is veer. and I want to start my firm with name veer associates which is going to be a proprietary firm. Please tell me can I start my practice in my nick name and what is better suffix :: veer associates
or veer & associates .?

you need to decide what sounds better for your firm. However, it is for ICAI to decide whether or not they permit you to use nick name.
