CAN A PARTNERSHIP FIRM BE A MEMBER OF A LIMITED COMPANY?

Yeah! Firm cann't be a member of a company either ltd or pvt ltd.

Partnership Firm is not having Legal existence as a person and therefore it cannot be a member of a company. It is not having separate legal existence.
